Just this past week, I discovered the key to puzzling in small spaces: miniature jigsaw puzzles.
It's easy enough finding the Tower of Babel puzzle with 1000, 1500, or 5000 pieces, but Tomax offers it in miniature form (meaning the finished puzzle is about the same size as two sheets of paper side by side) with 1000 pieces (meaning the pieces are TINY).
From what I can see, aside from Tomax, Educa is the only other company offering mini puzzles with 1000 pieces. However, Tomax's mini puzzles are still the smallest in size, measuring 12in x 16.5in vs. Educa's 12in x 18in.
Now someone just needs to create mini puzzles in 1500, 5000, and 10,000 piece versions, and puzzling in tiny NYC apartments will be, logistically, a breeze.
Purchased from the Jigsaw Jungle warehouse in Montreal.
