It's over a year old, but here's a neat video that provides a behind-the-scenes look at how jigsaw puzzles are made at the Cobble Hill Puzzle Company. The clip features Allegra Vernon, who appears to have the official title of Creative Director and unofficial title of 'Puzzle Maker'.

Judging by the job title alone, it sounds like a pretty sweet gig. After watching the clip, I'd say it's basically a dream job.
